Creating a new layer |

To create a new layer in the model, press the Create a layer 
button in the toolbar of the Layer Tree or call the command with the same name from the context menu of the root element. A new layer will appear in the Layer tree. By default, the first vacant number is assigned to it.
Note that after creating the new layer does not become the current layer. If necessary, you can make a layer a current one or change it state and other parameters.
