Cut/Section line — Parameters |

Parameters of cut/section lines for the current graphic document are set in the Cut/Section Line Parameters dialog, which is called by the command Setup — Parameters... — Current drawing/fragment — Designations for mechanical engineering — Cut/Section line — Parameters.
A similar dialog is used for setup of the options of cut/section lines for civil engineering.

Name |
The dropdown list allows for selecting the required font. The list contains all the fonts embedded to Windows. |

Different from Default Font |
The option allows for setting a conformity or difference of font from the document’s default font. If the option is disabled, the font always coincides with that installed by default font. |

Height, mm |
The field allows for input of the value of symbol height (in millimeters) or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and saved for the session of KOMPAS-3D. |

The field allows for input of the value of symbol width or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and saved for the current session of KOMPAS-3D running. |

The button allows for selection of the symbol color in a standard color selection dialog. |

The option allows to set italic typeface of symbols. |

The field allows for entering the dash length for the cut/section line (in millimeters). |

Text for Designation |
The field allows to enter the text which will be added before the cut number while creating a reference to designation of a cut. The text changes made are transferred to the already created references. The field is present in the dialog on setting the parameters of the line of cut for civil engineering. |

On completion of the set-up, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
