Shape Deviations and Datum |

The parameters of shape deviation and datum drawing for the current graphic document are set up in the Shape Deviation and Datum Drawing Parameters dialog, which is invoked by the command Setup — Parameters... — Current drawing/fragment — Designations for mechanical engineering — Shape deviations and base.
A similar dialog is used for setting up the options of drawing shape deviation and datum parameters of drawing of designations of deviations of a form and bases in models.
The dialog allows to set up the options which will be used by default on labeling geometric and positional tolerances of surfaces as well as datum designations.

Fill Triangle |
The option allows to fill a triangle while drawing a designation of base or geometric tolerance. Filling of arrows follows the setting done for the dimensions. |

Name |
The dropdown list allows for selecting the required font. The list contains all the fonts embedded to Windows. |

Different from Default Font |
The option allows for setting a conformity or difference of font from the document’s default font. If the option is disabled, the font always coincides with that installed by default font. |

Height, mm |
The field allows for input of the value of symbol height (in millimeters) or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and saved for the duration of the session of KOMPAS-3D. |

Width, % |
The field allows for input of the value of symbol width or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and saved for the duration of the KOMPAS-3D session. |

The button allows for selection of the symbol color in a standard color selection dialog. |

The option allows to set italic typeface of symbols. |

The height of triangle is detected by the system automatically. As per GOST 2.308-79, it is equal to the height of font of dimensional numbers. The height of frame is determined automatically. In accordance with the mandatory Annex 1 to GOST 2.308-79, it is equal to the doubled height of font used in the caption of geometric tolerance. |
Click OK after parametrization. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
