Text parameters of dimension captions for a graphic document are set up in the Options of Dimension Text dialog box, invoked by the command Setup — Parameters... — Current drawing/fragment — Dimensions — Text.
A similar dialog is used for setting up the text parameters:
•in graphic documents with
•captions of leader lines,
•reference numbers,
•designations of changes,
•marks / reference designations,
•node point designations,
•leader texts,
•curly brackets,
•marks,
•unspecified surface finish mark,
•text labels,
•in models with
•dimensional texts,
•captions of leader lines,
•reference numbers,
•unspecified surface finish mark.

Font |
The dropdown list allows for selecting the required font. The list contains all the fonts embedded to Windows. |

Different from Default Font |
The option allows for setting a conformity or difference of font from the document’s default font. If the option is disabled, the font always coincides with that installed by default font. |

Height, mm |
The field allows for input of the value of symbol height (in millimeters) or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and is saved for the session of KOMPAS-3D running. |

Width, % |
The field allows for input of the value of symbol width or select the value from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and is saved for the session of KOMPAS-3D running. |

Line Spacing, mm |
The field allows to enter the value of distance between text lines. For some captions, the line pitch has no value, so during their setup this field is missing. |

Color... |
The button allows for selection of the symbol color in a standard color selection dialog. |

Italic |
The option allows to set italic typeface of symbols. |

Bold |
The option allows to set thick typeface of symbols. |

The option allows to set underlined typeface of symbols. |

Example |
The preview window displays the text appearance. This allows for visually estimating the changes made. |

Text |
A field for input of the default text of the text label. The field is present in the dialog during setting up parameters of text of text labels. |

On completion of the set-up, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
