You can set a scale in which texts and tables being edited will be displayed (including the title blocks) in graphic documents as well as editable tables in text documents of the KOMPAS-3D. This setting is performed in the Zoom for Editing Text Objectsdialog fetched with the Settings — Parameters... — System — Text Editor — Zoom for Editing command.

Current document scale |
To make the scale of display of the caption (table) being edited match the current scale of the document, enable this option. On change of the document scale, the scale of the caption (table) being edited will change automatically. |

Other Scale |
To set a certain scale of the caption (table) being edited, enable this option. The value of scaling coefficient is entered into the field near the option or is selected from the dropdown list. The manually entered value is added to the list and is saved for the current session of running KOMPAS-3D. On change of scale of the document, the scale of the caption (table) being edited remains unchanged. It always matches the specified value. |

Not less than |
To make the scale of the caption (table) being edited change on change of the document scale, but be less than a certain value, enable this option. The required value of scale is selected from the dropdown list near the option. The following options are available: •Small, •Middle, •Major. As the document scale reduces, the scale of the caption (table) being edited reduces until a set value has been reached. Increase of the scale is not limited. |
Example. The current scale of the drawing image is 0.2. In the dialog, the Other Scale option is enabled, and the value of scaling factor 1.0was entered. Double-click the title block of the drawing and the KOMPAS-3D system will enter edit mode. The title block will be shown on the screen in full size. Upon completion of editing the title block, the image scale 0.2 will be restored.
Having completed setup of the zoom for editing text, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
