Coordinate Axes – General Settings |

General settings of coordinate axes display for the current graphic document are configured in the General settings dialog, which is invoked by the Settings — Parameters... command — Current drawing/fragment — Designations for Civil Engineering — Coordinate axes — General settings.
The dialog allows to set the mark size, the list of characters for designation of axes, and to select the end of the axis where the mark will be displayed.

1 – Mark Size, mm |
The field allows to enter or select the diameter of a circle for mark designation from the list. In case of a double circle, the selected value determines the diameter of external circle. The manually entered value is added to the list and is saved for the session of running KOMPAS-3D. |

2 – Ring Width, mm |
The field allows to enter or select the ring width from the list – the distance between circles of mark designation. The manually entered value is added to the list and is saved for the session of KOMPAS-3D running. |

Enable Mark 1, Turn on mark 2 |
Enable the Turn on mark 1option so that the axis be drawn with a mark located on the jut outside the initial point (t1). Enable the Turn on mark 2option so that the axis be drawn with a mark located on the jut outside the ending point (t2). If both the options are disabled, the axis will be drawn without marks. For circular axes, it suffices to enable one of the options – Turn on mark 1 or Turn on mark 2so that the axis be drawn with a mark. |

Letters for designations |
The field allows for entering a list of characters used for designation of marks. Characters are located in the order of their usage. Once all the letters from the list have been assigned, dual letters taken by the order from the list of single-character letters will start being used automatically. |

On completion of the set-up, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
