This message appears on the screen if the control over changes in shared files is enabled in the Dialog for setting up access rights If control over changes to shared files is enabled and changes are detected during control:

1.KOMPAS-document, open to this workplace only for reading,

2.Source file external link ( those. source of insertion of a fragment, type, stock part or component).

The message contains the full name of the file and the request to reread it.

In thefirst case:

•When you click Reread the document will be reopened, as it were, in the form in which another user last saved it. At the same time, at your workplace, the document will remain read-only, but all changes made in it before re-reading will be lost.

•Upon pressing button, Do not reread – no changes in the open document will occur.

Thus, if you made changes to a read-only document which need to be saved, press the Do not reread button and save the document under a new name. If you did not edit the document, or saving changes is not required, press the Rereadbutton.

In second case:

•When you click Reread – the source of insert will be immediately re-read. For example, another user edited a fragment inserted into the document with which you are currently working. As a result of re-reading the source, the image of insert will be re-drawn.

•When you click Do not reread immediate rereading will not occur. On subsequent opening of the document that contains the insert, all the changes made to the source of insert will be certainly transferred into the document being opened.

Closing the dialog with the button in the upper right corner in both cases is equivalent to pressing Do not reread. button
