Description of setting |
Step of Model Panning (in % of Window) |
The field for entry of the value of movement of the model image in the graphic region on a single press of the key shifting the image. The pitch of displacement is set in percentages of the size of graphic region. For example, after entering the value 25 in this field and pressing the key <→>, the image will shift to the right by a quarter (25%) of the width of the graphic area. |
Angular Step of Model Rotation (deg.) |
The field to enter the value of model rotation in the graphic region on a single press of the keyboard shortcut that rotates the part. The pitch of displacement is set in degrees. For example, after entering the value 15° in this field, when pressing the combination <Ctrl>+<→>, the model will rotate around the vertical axis to the right by 15°. |
Scale factor |
The field to enter the coefficient of magnification or reduction of image in the graphic region. The image scale changes on pressing the keyboard shortcut <Ctrl>+<+> and <Ctrl>+<->, respectively, or on single-time rotation of the mouse wheel. For example, after entry of the value 1.5 into this field, on pressing the keyboard shortcut <Ctrl>+<-> the linear dimensions by one and a half time. |

The group of options allows to select the methods of displaying transparent objects (faces, components, surfaces etc.). The transparency grade of an object is set during setting up its properties (see Section Configuration of objects display: color, optical properties, texture). By default the value of the Transparency is 0%, i. e. all objects are created opaque. If necessary, you can increase transparency. 100% transparency means that the object will be invisible. There are the following methods of displaying transparent objects in the model: •Mesh •Realistic |
Realistic transparency requires more hardware resources than lattice and therefore slows down working with a model containing transparent objects. This slowing down is especially significant with the Compatible. |
