Zone display parameters for a model are set up in the Display Zones dialog, invoked by the Settings — Parameters... — System — Model editor — Zones — Displaying. Controls of the dialog are described in the table.

Display Edges |
The option controls display of edges of a polyhedron that confines the zone. |

Color |
The button allows to select the color of the zone polyhedron in a standard color selection dialog. Is available with the Display edges option enabled. |

Line |
A list to select the style of edge lines of the zone polyhedron. Is available with the Display edges option enabled. Edges may be displayed: •with a solid line, •with hatches, •with dots. |

Paint Faces |
The option controls display of faces of a polyhedron that confines the zone. |

Color |
The button allows to select the color of the faces of the zone polyhedron in a standard color selection dialog. Is available with the Paint Faces option enabled. |

Optical Properties |
The set of elements allows to set the optical properties of the faces of the zone polyhedron. Is available with the Paint Faces option enabled. |

Ambient Diffusion Specularity Shininess Transparency Emission |
Elements let configure optical properties of zone. To set values of parameters, move the slider on the respective scale: to the right in order to increase the value and to the left to reduce the value. The numerical value of the parameter is displayed in the help field. |

Preview Window |
Allows to visually estimate the changes made. In the window, a sphere with the color and optical properties set in the dialog are displayed. |
To complete the setup click OK. Click Cancel to discard changes and close the dialog box.
