Description of setting |
Standard |
The group of controls allows to configure settings of the standard cursor (displayed in the form of a square "trap"). |
The size of the "trap" |
Group of elements for changing the size of the standard cursor. The enabled option By default means that the cursor size will be selected automatically depending on the monitor resolution and the scaling configured in Windows. To change the cursor size disable the By Default option. After that, a slider will appear on the cursor size scale for configuring the size of the cursor trap. The size of the trap corresponding to the current position of the slider is displayed in a special preview window to the right of the scale. The size of the cursor affects its "sensitivity zone": highlighted or indicated with the cursor may be only those elements whose part lies within the circle circumscribed inside the square "trap" of the cursor, and the dynamic snaps binding works if the snap point lies inside this circle. |
Text frame |
Enable this option to make the field of the document background of one pixel wide display around the symbols of caption near the cursor. |
Framing |
Enable this option to make the white field of one pixel wide be displayed around the cursor lines. Owing to the framing, the image of the cursor on objects close to it by color becomes more saturated. |
The framing is seen in the preview window if the working field background color is other than white. The working field background color setting is described in section Working Field Background. |
Enlarged |
The group of elements allows to setup the parameters of enlarged cursor. |
Enable |
To switch to the display of enlarged cursor (a large crosshair in the form of coordinates axes), select this option. To quickly switch the cursor view (without accessing the setup dialog), use the keyboard shortcut <Ctrl>+<K>. |
Color |
The button allows to select the required color of the enlarged cursor. After pressing it, a color selection dialog appears on the screen. |
Step |
The group of elements allows to change the default values of cursor increments by deleting any of them, as well as add new values into the List. The correctness of values being added is automatically checked during the entry. To specify the default value of the increment, expand the By Default list and select the required line. The setting of default value applies to created and re-opened documents. |
Display command parameters |
The option controls display of command parameters near the cursor. If it is enabled, then during creation and editing of a geometrical object the parameter values of the object are displayed on the screen near the cursor. For example, the length and slope angle will be displayed for a segment. |
Rounding |
The option allows to enable and disable the rounding mode (see section Rounding parameter values) created or opened documents. Enabling/disabling this mode for the current document is performed using the Rounding button on the Quick access toolbar. |
Having completed the cursor settings, click OK. To exit the dialog without change to the cursor parameters, click Cancel.
