When building a stamping by the shape of another solid you can round off the edges formed at the joints of the element wall faces.
The edges belonging to the internal faces of the stamping are considered internal edges, and those belonging to the external faces – external edges.

Inner and outer edges of stamping with solid
To fillet the edges of the stamping, set the switch Fillet Edges to the I position (on) and enter the fillet radius in the Radius of edges field. The minimum fillet radius of the edges is 0.
The radius of filleting the outer and inner edges of the die form depends on the selected Tool type, as well as the angle at the junction of faces — outer or inner (see figure below).

The formulas for calculating the radius of rounding of die form edges can be found in the table. Character in the formulas designate:
R — value entered in the Radius of edges field,
S — sheet material thickness.
