To add the text of the mark/reference designation, use the Subprocess of text input.
To enter the text of mark/reference designation, click in the Text field on the Parameter Panel, or press any of the alphanumeric keys on the keyboard. The Add Textsubprocess will be started, and in the graphic region a table of input of text of designation will be displayed (see the Figure). The description of fields of the table is given below.

Text prior to mark |
The field to input text which should be located prior to designation of mark/reference designation. |

Mark |
The field to input of designation of mark. Double-click in this field invokes a list of marks formerly created in the document displayed in the alphabetical order. For the designation of marks, it is recommended to use characters whose input is possible directly from the keyboard – numbers and letters of the Russian and Latin alphabets, etc. If the designation of the mark contains characters entered using the commands Special Character... and Symbol..., then this designation will be created, but only the part of the designation that is before the first such character will appear in the list of marks. |

Separator |
The field for display of the separator character entered in the Mark/reference symbol – General settings section the dialog for setting up the current document. This field cannot be edited. |

Mark Number |
The field to input the mark number. Double-click in this field invokes a list of numbers used in the document. The list of marks becomes available after selection of mark designation. If the Autonumbering option is enabled, then the next number in the order is suggested for the selected brand. |

Text after mark |
The field for input the text which should be placed after designation of mark/reference designation. |

Text under mark |
The field to input text which should be placed under the landing of designation. |
While working in the subprocess, you can generate a designation caption and tune its look and feel, for example, to select the font, set the height of characters, etc.

Having completed input and formatting of the label text, press the Create object 
. The system will return to the process for creation of a designation.

If the text parameters in mark/reference designations (all or of some type) in the document differ from the current default parameters, then it is recommended not to configure each caption separately, but to set the required parameters as default. For this purpose, the subsections Mark/Reference Designation — With Leader/ On Line/ Without Leader — Text of the dialog for setting up the current document are used. |
