The nomenclature of design documents is established by GOST 2.102-68. According to this standard, a certain code and name corresponds to each document type. While filling in the title blocks of KOMPAS documents, input of these codes and names can be automated.
The Document code
command is used to select the code and name. It is available when filling in the main title of the document, as well as when working in text input dialog. The command is located in the context menu. After calling the command, the Codes and names dialog box appears on the screen. Specify the required code in the dialog box and click the Select button. The code is automatically inserted into the cells of the main title table that have the General for document type and the Document designation identifier, and the names are inserted into the cells that have the General for document type and the Name identifier. The type and identifier are determined when configuring of extended cell format of the main title. |
The code inserted into the designation can be separated from the characters preceding it by a space or any other symbol. The desired character is specified in designation input dialog. By default, the separator before the Code field is a space. To change the separator, enter any character in the corresponding field of the designation input dialog. If you want there to be no separator before the code, delete the space from the field.

If the document designation was simple before inserting the code from the Codes and Names dialog box, it becomes compound after insertion. A compound designation includes several fields that store separate parts of the designation and, unlike a simple designation, is edited in a special dialog box. More... |
