When setting up Advanced Cell Format, it is necessary to specify its type and identifier. If the identifier you need is not among the predefined identifiers in the list, select the option from this Custom list.

In this case, in order to specify the cells between which the data transfer is to be carried out, the setting of the user identifier value is required. This value (integer) is entered in the Cell ID field which becomes available when you select a custom ID.

The values of user identifiers assigned to cells for different purposes must be different!

For example, it is required that data transfer takes place between cells that have a user identifier and are in the main page labels of a multi-sheet document. To do this, you must assign all these cells Common for Document type and identical identifier values.

When changing the document detailing, it is possible to transfer data between cells that have user identifiers. The transfer condition is the coincidence of the types and values of identifiers in the cells of the old and new basic inscriptions.

To ensure that user identifiers assigned to similar cells have the same values, it is necessary only when creating detailing types, the probability of which they are replaced by each other is large enough.

In order to avoid accidental coincidence of the identifier assigned by the user with that already present in the system (which will lead to "mixing" of data in the cells), it is recommended to set the values of identifiers in the range indicated in the table.
