Copying components via the clipboard |

Copying a component using the command allows you to create a copy of the component in the current model (not its subassemblies) or in other models. This is done using copy and paste via the clipboard.
There's no limit to the number of components you can place on the clipboard. Copying a new component to the clipboard deletes its previous contents.

To copy a component to the clipboard, follow these steps.
1.Select the component(s) you want to place on the clipboard in the graphics area or the Design Tree.
2.Call the Copy command
.
After executing the command, the component will be copied to the clipboard. A message indicating the number of components copied is displayed in the lower right corner of the graphic area.
If the selected component cannot be copied, a message «Unable to copy component(s)» appears.
To paste a component from the clipboard, use the command Insert
