Elimination potential issues with rendering KOMPAS documents |

In KOMPAS-3D the image of documents on the screen is generated using OpenGL. If the computer on which you plan to work with KOMPAS-3D, if it does not provide the required hardware and software support for OpenGL, then image defects and malfunctions of KOMPAS-3D may occur.
Possible solutions to these problems are listed below.
1.Check if the graphics card meets the requirements set out in the section Hadware.
2.Check if the graphics card driver installed on your computer is up to date. If necessary, download the current driver from the developer's website, specifying the required information:
•NVIDIA: http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx?lang=ru,
•AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support.
3.If problems remain, then in KOMPAS-3D call the command Settings — Parameters..., in the left part of the dialog that appears, select System — General — System control, then make the following settings on the right side of the dialog:
•Decrease the antialiasing of the image: in the list Quality of smoothening please select the Low option. If the problems persist, disable smoothing: in the list Quality of smoothening, select No Smoothening.
•Modify the hardware acceleration settings (may result in slower rendering): in the list Variant of draw select the line Base.
Please note that the setting described in paragraph 3 takes effect after the restart of KOMPAS-3D,that is, by making any of these changes, KOMPAS-3D must be closed and started again. Only after that it will be possible to evaluate the effect of the performed settings.
