The standard provides several forms for group BOMs. The maximum number of columns for entering versions in these forms is 10.
When the specified product has more than ten versions, they are divided into groups of ten, and data is added to the BOM first for the versions from the main to the ninth, then from the tenth to the nineteenth, and so on. Such groups are called version blocks.
If the beginning of the version block is in the beginning of the BOM sheet, the numbers of the versions are placed in the "header" of the BOM. If the beginning of the version block is in the midpoint of the sheet, then the blocks are separated from each other by the row "Indic.of Exec." designations of executions), containing in columns Quantity per execution indications of designations of the subsequent block. This line is called the beginning of the block, see figure. Like the section header, it is framed with empty rows at the top and bottom.
