Copying and text wrapping through the Clipboard is possible in the same document, and between different documents KOMPAS-3D.
To copy or move a text fragment, select it and place it into the Clipboard. Then place the cursor to the position where the fragment is to be inserted and perform an insertion from the Clipboard. More details on working with clipboard...
The text fragment inserted from the Clipboard will appear on the screen, starting from the current cursor position of the cursor. On insertion, strings will be expanded. and the cursor will be displaced behind the last inserted symbol from the Clipboard.
If you need to place a few text copies from the Clipboard into the text, repeat an insertion command the required number of times. At the same time, certainly, it is necessary to place the cursor to a new position in order to insert the next copy.
While copying and moving text fragments, the Windows Clipboard is used. So, using the Clipboard you can move text among KOMPAS-3D documents and documents in other Windows applications. So, for example, to move text from an MS Word document, it is necessary to select the required text fragment in this document, copy it to the Clipboard, then switch to KOMPAS-3D and paste the text from the Clipboard into your document.

The style and some formatting parameters applied to the text are not transferred during copying of this text through the clipboard. You can format the inserted text with the tools of the word processor KOMPAS-3D. |
