Updating a reference – repeated generation of contents of the reference.

Updating of references is performed automatically after running any actions by the user which result in a change of the text of the source object (for references containing the text) or the position of the source object (for references containing zone designations). Besides, all the references are definitely updated on opening and closing a document, as well as on switching to the print preview mode.
