Notes on printing documents using vector devices |

Printing documents KOMPAS-3D on vector devices (such as plotters) has some specialties.
•Documents to be printed on a vector device should have special formatting using vector fonts. These templates are stored in the Vector.lyt system library.
Modifications to the graphic document formatting are described in the section Pages management; text document — in the section Selection of the detailing and format.
•Some graphic objects (e. g. TrueType fonts, solid color fills and bitmap images) may not be correctly printed using a vector device. If you try to print a document containing these objects, a warning will appear (see the figure).
In this warning window, you'll see the list of the documents with TrueType fonts, solid color fills or bitmap images, as well as types of objects (e. g. dimensions, macro-elements, etc.) with TrueType fonts, solid color fills or bitmap images.
You can either cancel printing bitmap images and color fills or select if you want to print these documents using the corresponding button in the dialog box.
