Each point of a spline curve or broken line is characterized by a set of parameters. Their values are displayed in the parameters table of points located in the group Vertices of the Parameter Panel.

This table contains the following parameters:

the coordinates of the points (for the spline by poles — coordinates of the vertices of its characteristic polyline) in the absolute coordinate system of the fragment or in the view coordinate system;

advanced options:

for the spline by points — the length and the slope angle of the tangent vector; the magnitude of curvature;

for the Bezier curve — the length and slope angles of the tangent vectors.

The row numbers in the table correspond to the order of points on the curve. Each row contains the parameters of one point. You can use arrow keys to navigate between rows.

When you define points, their parameters are automatically entered into the table. A new row is created for every point. In the editing mode, you can change point parameters. This mode is enabled automatically when any row of the table becomes active.

When activating any row in the table, the system automatically switches to edit mode.

Point coordinate cells are available for both manual entry and automatic transfer of values. For example, when moving the points with the mouse, their coordinates in the table automatically change.

The cells of the remaining parameters are not available for manual input (have a gray background). The values in them change automatically when changing the Bezier curve shape.

Using the buttons above the table, you can perform several actions with points and their parameters:

save point parameters to a file and read them from a file,

add or remove the points.

The set of buttons depends on the ability to perform the corresponding operations as well as current command operation mode.
