Step-by-step instructions
1.Create elements of the library. They are created in KOMPAS-3D as regular documents and saved to disk.
2.Include the created elements into a new or existing library.
2.1 Run the Library Editor – the KLibEditor.exe file by default located in the \Utils\KLibEditor subfolder inside the main system folder. To run the Library Editor, you can also use the Applications — Utilities — Library EditorKOMPAS-3D main menu command.
2.2. Create a new library or open an existing library.
2.3. If required, you can create or edit the library section structure.
2.4. Include elements into the library.
2.5. Save the library and close the Library Editor.
