You can configure the display parameters of the layer using the Optical Properties and Color 
.
Step-by-step instructions
1.Select a layer (layers) or group of layers in the Design Tree.
2.Invoke the Optical Properties command in the tool area of the Layer Tree. After you run this command, a Displaying group of elements {1}appears on the Parameter Panel.
3.To set the color of layer objects (layers), expand the list in the field where the current color is displayed and specify the required color in the palette that appears on the screen. If the color is not displayed on the palette, click Other colors. A dialog for setting various color shades will appear on the screen.
4.If you need to change the optical properties of the surfaces of objects located on a layer (layers), set the required values using the sliders.
5.To complete the setup, click Create object 
.
6.To complete operation of the command, click Finish

To modify the color of a layer, you can use the Layer Color command, which can be invoked from the context menu: the row with the layer name, in the graphical area or the field with the layer number and color,
To change the color of group layers, you can use the Group layer color command, invoked from the context menu of the layer or in the graphic area.
