Deleting faces |

To delete a face, use the Delete faces 
command.
Step-by-step instructions
1.In the graphic area, select the face (faces) of the solid to delete. The name of the face will be displayed in the Faces field on the Parameter Panel.
2.If you want to maintain solid integrity after the face is deleted, enable the Maintain Integrity option.
The graphic area will display a phantom of the modified solid.
3.You can rename the face deletion operation in the Properties section, if needed.
4.To complete the operation, click Create Object 
.
The selected face will be deleted from the model, and the corresponding icon will appear in the Feature Tree.

When faces of solids are deleted, the model is marked as having an error in the Design Tree if the option Keep Integrity is disabled. The reason is the disruption of the Solid integrity was broken. |
5. To complete operation of the command, click Finish
