The parallelism of the two selected objects is established by the Parallel command.

Step-by-step instructions

1.Specify the first and second object to be placed in parallel. Such objects can be axes, edges, faces, etc.

You can select mating objects before invoking a command.

If the existing matings do not prevent the parallelism of the specified objects, then the model will be rebuilt, and after that the specified objects (or their continuations) will become parallel. The names of the selected objects will appear in the Object 1 and Object 2 fields on the Parameters Panel.

2.In some cases, different options for arranging mating objects are possible, where their parallelism condition will be satisfied. In such cases, the Parameters toolbar will contain the Reverse Orientation option. You can change location of an object by enabling or disabling this option. Details...

3.To complete creating the mating, click Create object .
