Deleting a solid or a surface |

To delete a solid and/or a surface from the model, use the Delete body/surface 
command.
Step-by-step instructions
1.Specify the solids and/or surfaces to delete in the Design tree or in the graphic area. The specified objects are highlighted in the graphic area, their names are displayed in the Objects field on the Parameter toolbar.
2.If necessary, change the name of the solid/surface deletion operation in the Properties section.
3.To complete the operation, click Create object 
.
The specified solids/surfaces will be removed from the model, and the corresponding icon will appear in the Tree . The deleted solid/surface will not be displayed in the Design tree (when it has a structure view), while the icons and names of the operations constituting the deleted solid/surface will be grayed-out.

You can delete solids or surfaces of components at any assembly level. In this case, from the Model tree, solids/surfaces are not deleted, but together with their constituent objects, they change color from black to gray. |
4.To complete the command, click the button Finish
