The dialog opens when you select the Edit — Spelling
command.
Dialog controls enable spelling and grammar checking of the entire text or a selected fragment.
Checking follows the Text language rules and regulations. The check also includes Additional dictionaries.
The spell check follows this order:
•checks for spelling errors in the sentence,
•check for grammatical errors in the sentence (Russian language only).

Spelling error, Error in Grammar |
The field containing the sentence to be verified. When spelling checking, the word allegedly containing a spelling error is highlighted in red. During grammatical checking, the part of the sentence supposedly containing a grammatical error is highlighted in green. The error can be corrected directly in this field. To correct the source text during the spelling check, click Replace button, and with grammar – Edit button. When changing the option in the field Vocabulary language field contents Spelling error changes. |

Options |
When spell-checking, this field contains a list of words similar in spelling to the one being checked, sourced from the dictionaries of the spell checker. The list is generated only by the spelling of words, so it may include words that do not fit the context. To replace the word to be checked with a variant from the list, select it and click Replace. For grammatical verification, this field contains brief descriptions of possible errors. To correct the source text, select the option and click Edit. Replacement or correction is also performed after double clicking on the list item. If you start editing the checked word in the field Spelling/Grammar error, the field Options will become unavailable. |

Skip |
A button that allows you to skip the word to be checked (spelling check) or sentence (with grammar checks). It is considered checked and does not contain errors. If you start editing checked words/sentences in field Spelling/Grammar error, Skip button is replaced by Undo edit button. |

Undo edit |
This button allows you to cancel editing performed in the field Spelling/Grammar error. Once pressed, the Options field becomes available again. |

Ignore all |
This button allows you to skip the word being checked (for spelling) or the sentence (for grammar). It is considered checked and free of errors. Words with the same spelling or sentences with the same grammatical errors elsewhere are also deemed correct and are skipped during checks, even if the selection checked was just a fragment. During a spell check, the button becomes unavailable if you are editing in the Spelling error section. |

Add |
This button is available in the dialog during the spell check. It allows you to add the word being checked to custom dictionary, which is set as the default. In future checks, this word will be suggested for replacement in the list of Options. The button is not available when editing in the Spelling error field. |

Replace |
This button is available in the dialog during the spell check. It allows you to replace the highlighted word in the text with an alternative from the list or with a word edited in the Spelling error field. After you click the button, the verification continues. |

Edit |
This button is present in the dialog during grammar checking. It allows you to edit the sentence being checked in the text in accordance with the selected option of the error or replace it with the corrected one Grammar error. After you click the button, verification continues. |

Replace all |
This button is available in the dialog during the spell check. It allows you to replace the checked word and the words of similar spelling throughout the text with an alternative from the list or with a word edited in the Spelling Error field. Already verified words, for example, processed by Skip or Replace command, are not replaced. After you click the button, verification continues. |

Grammar |
An option to manage grammar checking. By default, the option is enabled. |

Language of Dictionary |
The control element is used to change the language of the word being checked. In field Vocabulary language shows the language indicator of the word that is highlighted in red in the Spelling mistake field. Variant field contains a list of replacement words taken from the main and custom dictionaries. From the Condition dropdown list, select the required option. •If another dictionary language is selected, then a set of words in the field Variant will change. Select a word to replace. •If the option is selected Do not check then this word will remain unchecked. After the verification is completed, the words being checked will have language indicator set in the dialog. Words excluded from verification will not have a language indicator. |

Parameters... |
This button allows you to customize spell check settings. After calling the command, the Spelling parameters dialog will appear on the screen. |

Return |
This button allows you to undo the previous text editing action in the Spelling dialog. After canceling the last edit, the button becomes unavailable. Also, the button is not available until the first edit of the text. |

Cancel |
Button to complete spell check. After executing the Spelling command dialog will close, and the corrections made will be applied to the text. |
