The dialog appears on the screen in the following cases:
•the file being opened is currently being edited by another user;
•the file being opened has a “read only” attribute or the user trying to open the file does not have permission to write or add data to it.
The dialog controls let you select an action.

You can disable opening of this dialog in the in the file access rights dialog. After that, inaccessible at the time of opening files will be downloaded for reading without issuing any messages. |
