Checking of surface smoothness |

When you model parts (e.g. box-shaped parts), you may need to thoroughly check the smoothness of surfaces. To visually assess the smoothness of the model surfaces, a special display mode is used – Smoothness check mode.
In the smoothness check mode, all faces of the model are represented as mirror images of the image applied to a spherical surface. In this case, the model is located inside an imaginary sphere. This mode is used for visual assessment of the curvature of the model facets, the presence of joints and their smoothness.
For visual assessment of the smoothness of joints, you can enable the smooth ribs display, different from other ribs.
