Setting the length and slope angle of section segment is required for linear surfaces creation. By curve and direction and by curve and surface.
To set the slope angle and length of section segment, you need to select a type for a function, which will be used to define the parameter, and to provide input values for the function.
To set the angle of a segment, the element group Deviation is used, while for setting the length, the element group Move is used.
The type of function that will be used to determine the parameter is selected using the Function Type group. After this, the Parameter Panel will display the elements for setting the parameters of the selected function.

When setting values for the angles please remember, that they should be in the range from –180° to 180°. A negative angle value means that the segment is drawn in the opposite direction from the tangent/normal. |
