Snaps to vertices of polygonal object

Scroll

Vertices of the triangles into which the surface of polygonal object is divided, can be used as snaps for any plotting processes which support spot model objects. This includes, for example, creation of 3D curves and points, plotting construction objects (planes, axes, etc.).

Snaps to vertices are possible regardless of the display state for polygonal object grids.

You can specify vertices for snaps after starting the plotting process for a model object. Preliminary selection of polygonal object elements is not supported.

After transforming a polygonal object into a solid or a surface, the snaps to its vertices stop working.
