Sometimes situations arise in the designed model that, from the designer's point of view, are not errors, but are detected during geometry check. This is possible, for example, if among the model objects participating in the check there is layout geometry, represented by surfaces among others. If they have open edges, the list of check results will contain the corresponding messages. Or, for example, standard parts of the minimum size included in the assembly can lead to the appearance of unnecessary errors of the small size type in the results table.

You can exclude the following objects from scanning by enabling the corresponding option in the Exclude from check group on the Parameter panel:

Layout geometry — if the option is enabled, then no check will be performed inside the layout geometry, including inside the components included in it.

Standard parts — If this option is enabled, components that are standard parts will not be checked.

Hidden objects — if the option is enabled, then hidden objects will not be checked. The visibility of objects is determined by the actual state of the object at the time the check is started — Visible /Hidden .

Please note that if a layout geometry object, standard product, or hidden component was directly added to the list of objects to be checked, the option will not apply to it.
