It is avalable to link various documents to both drawing and assembly.
•Linking to a document of any type is done by connecting the required document in the document area of the Product composition panel.
•Linking to a BOM is done using the Managing linked BOMs command; when creating a BOM on a document, the link occurs automatically.
•(only for assemblies) Linking to a drawing is done using the Managing linked drawings command; if there are versions in the assembly, this command also allows you to select whether the drawing should be linked to all versions or only to some of them; when creating a drawing on an assembly, the link occurs automatically.
Documents linked to the assembly/drawing will be automatically reflected in the BOM of the assembly/drawing if designation of these documents is a standard code. Read more....
