You can customize the settings for drawing arrows and dimension serifs for a graphic document in the Dimensions section of setting dialog box.

To access the section, invoke the  command Settings — Parameters... and in the dialog box that appears, select Current document — Dimensions — Arrows and dimension serifs.

Arrows location

The drop-down list allows you to select the positioning of the dimension line arrows relative to the dimension lines. The following options are available:

• From the inside,

• Outside,

• Auto — option means that for each size the system will automatically determine whether to put arrows from inside or outside.

Arrows

The drop-down list allows you to set the arrow drawing option. The following options are available:

• Fill with black,

• Do not black out.

The blackout setting applies to the following objects:

•all sizes with arrows of the following types: «Arrow», «Closed arrow», «Point», «Small point»;

•surface finish on the landing;

•form tolerance marks.

Serifs

The drop-down list allows you to select a serif rendering option.

The following options are available:

• A thin line,

• The main line.

The setting applies to sizes with serif arrows.

After completing the settings, click Apply and close the dialog box. To exit the dialog box without changing the settings, click Cancel.
