To change the item number, change its position in the list of numbering group items using the Move Up 
and Move Down 
buttons located in the panel header Numbering. One button click moves the selected object by one item up/down. In so doing, it takes the neighboring line of list and gets the number of object contained in this line, i.e. objects mutually change positions and numbers. Similar operations are performed if near the object being moved there is not another object, but a line that contains a vacant number.

You can move both lines containing objects and lines with vacant numbers. While moving a line with a vacant number to the last item in the list, it is automatically deleted. |
While moving an object pay attention to the following special features.
•Only downward movement is available for an object located first in the list.
•For an object located last in the list, availability of downward movement depends on the value of the parameter Auto-rebuilding of numbering (see section Numbering). If the Yes value is selected, the downward movement is unavailable. If the nan value is selected, the object can be moved down. At the same time, the object is moved to the next position in the list and gets the respective number, the line on which there was an object remains empty, and the initial number of object becomes a vacant number.
•In the #Auto-sorting group, only objects of the same type can change positions; downward movement of the object is unavailable.
