Center Mark and Center Grid Mark |

You can enable associativity of center marks and center grid marks in the parametrization dialog.
In the parametric mode, an associative center mark can be created using the Center Mark command or when creating an axisymmetric object, for example, a circle or a rectangle, with axes.
When changing the base curve parameters, associative axes are automatically rebuilt so that the axis passes through the curve center and protrudes beyond the curve for a set distance (except for the "cross" center mark).
When displacing / deleting the base curve, the center grid is rebuilt in accordance with the remaining objects.
An associative angular dimension can be set to axes of the center grid or center mark, and an associative radial or diameter dimension can be set to a circular centerline. These dimensions are linked to the objects to which they are assigned, owing to which their values always match the actual values. However, it is impossible to assign variables to such dimensions or to control objects using them.
When editing center grids and center marks associated with objects, consider the following.
•The center point of the selected center mark or circular center grid is not displayed, as the mark associated with the object cannot be displaced apart from the base object.
Associativity of a designation can be canceled using the Object Constraintscommand, but the designation will lose its link with the base object.
•Axes can be elongated / shortened by editing defining points at their ends, but after this the edited axis stops "tracking" the dimension of the curve in its direction.
To make the axis restart "tracking" the dimension of the curve in its direction, do the following.
•For a center mark: enable the mark editing mode with a double click and switch the designation type to conventional and back. These actions must be done in the parametric mode with associativity of center marks and center grids enabled.
•For center grids: select the grid and run the Restore Initial View command from the context menu.
•If the center grid was created in the parametric mode, then the addition of new base items to the designation should also be done in the parametric mode. Associativity of center marks and center grids on input must be enabled in the parametrization setup dialog.
