Notes on importing objects
•Points are transferred with the object type saved.
•Curves are imported in the following way: segments, arcs, broken lines, and splines are transferred with the object types saved, the remaining curves are transformed into "curves without history".
•Surfaces are transformed into "imported surfaces", and solids – into "operations without history".
•Polygonal objects are obtained when importing three-dimensional elements represented by tessellation data (for example, in the form of triangulation mesh or point cloud). If required, you can convert polygonal objects to solids or surfaces. More details on polygonal objects...
•Dimensions are transformed either into "dimensions without history" or into "imported designations".
•Designations and text objects are transformed into "imported designations".
|
"Imported designation" is a whole object. It can be hidden, excluded from calculation, moved to another layer. You can hide/show all "imported designations" using the View — Hide — Conventional Symbols command. |
