The modification number can be set manually or automatically. Along with the number of designation of change, the caption may contain an arbitrary text.

The number of change suggested by the system is displayed on the phantom of signage and in the Text field.

Below the Text field, there is the Numbering group list. The list contains a list of all the system groups (except the #Auto-sorting group), user groups created in the document, and the Do not use line.

If a group is selected, the change is assigned the next sequential number in that group. The modification number is a link to the number of designation of this change in the group of numbering. It is unavailable to editing.

If the Do not use line is selected, the change is not numbered. The number set manually is a plain text.

You can set the modification number by placing the created designation into one of the groups of numbering. For that, select the name of the required group in the Numbering group list.

During deletion of the reference number, the modification designation is removed from the group of numbering. For more details on the automatic numbering of objects...

If necessary, you can add the text located prior to or after the number, change typeface of characters, change value of number if it is a plain text. To that end, click in the Text field or in a text box on the phantom of designation or click any of alphanumeric keys on the keyboard. This will start the Add Text subprocess.

Enter the required text into a field on the designation phantom. Double-clicking this field allows to switch to insertion of a text template.

If necessary, change the text parameters (size, character color, etc.) using the elements on the Parameter Toolbar.

After you've input and formatted the text, press the Create Object  button. The system will return to the process of creation of designation of a change.
