The letter for designation of datum can be entered manually or set by the system automatically.
The letter suggested by the system for designation of datum is displayed on the phantom of designation and in the Text field on the Parameter Panel.
Below the Text field, there is the Auto-sorting option. With the option enabled, alphabet letters are automatically assigned to designations of datums in the order of their creation, which rules out coincidence of letters. If it is required to change the character manually, disable the Auto-sorting option. Checkup of coincidence of letters will be turned off.
To enter the text of designation, click in the Text field on the Parameter Panel or click any of the alphanumeric keys on the keyboard. Will start subprocess of text input.
While working in the Add Text subprocess, you can enter the text of caption and configure its settings, for example, to select a font, set height of characters, etc.
Double-clicking the text field allows to switch to insertion of a text template.
If it is required to recover an automatically created designation, again enable the Auto-sorting option.
Having completed input and formatting of the text label, press the Create object 
button. The system will return to labeling the designation of datum.

If text parameters in all the designations of datums in the document differ from the current default parameters, then it is recommended not to configure each separate label, but to set the required parameters as default. For that, there is the Shape deviations and datum section of the dialog for setting up the current document. |
