The parameters of the multiline can be saved for later use by writing them to the multiline template file.
The multiline template contains the following multiline parameters:
•the number of lines, their style and offset from the baseline,
•types of limiters at the ends of the multiline, their height and line style.
The template file has the extension mlt.
Multiline templates are stored in a folder, the path to which is specified by the MULTILINETEMPLATES variable for the KOMPAS-3D environment . By default this is the \Templates subfolder in the main system folder. To set a different folder for placing multiline templates, create and edit the KOMPAS.ini file.
