Hatch parameters can be managed during the modification of the model, solid or component properties.
To start editing properties, select the required object in the Design Tree and run the relevant command from the context menu:
•Model properties

•Properties of Solid,
•Component properties.
The properties modification elements will appear on the Parameter Panel, including the Material section containing the Graphic display of material group of elements.
This group contains the following fields: Hatch style, Hatch angle and Hatch color. These fields will be pre-populated with the hatch parameters that correspond to the selected material. For more details on material selection...
If required, you can configure the hatch style, slope angle and color manually in the relevant fields (see the Hatch parameters configuration table).
The setting of hatching parameters is available if the By density 
, By mass 
or By initial implementation 
method is selected for the CMP calculation.
If the CMP parameters are defined By source Data (method available for components and solids), then the hatching parameters are transferred from the source. In this case elements of the Graphic display of material group will not be available.

Hatch style |
Pick up the required hatch style from the drop-down list. This list contains hatch styles, including the styles created by the user (see the section General procedure for creating styles). |

Hatch angle |
Enter the required angle in the field or pick up the value from the drop-down list. This list contains the set of predefined values. The configured slope angle will be applied to the hatch in the drawing if the selected style allows angle change. |

Hatch color |
Pick up the required hatch color in the color palette. The Other colors line at the bottom of the palette opens the color selection dialog. |
The configured hatch parameters will be saved in the model and used for the cut/section display in the associative view.

You can change the hatch parameters in the Center of mass properties dialog. This dialog can be opened from the Property Editor when setting material or CMP parameters for components and solids of a model. |
