The maximum deviations of dimensions and values of parameters using general tolerances are extracted from a deviations file. The name and location of this file is defined by the environment variable GENERALTOLERANCE KOMPAS-3D (see section Definition of paths to system files and folders. KOMPAS-3D environment variables). By default, the deviation file is named Gen_tol.ttl and is located in the \\Sys subfolder of the main KOMPAS-3D folder. If you want the name and/or location of the deviations file to be other than default, use the Kompas.ini file (see section KOMPAS.ini File).

If the deviation file is missing along the path defined by the GENERALTOLERANCE variable or Kompas.ini, general tolerances for sketch dimensions and operation parameter values are not assigned. |
