Linking the drawing title block with the associative table of versions |

If the drawing has an associative table of versions containing columns with the Material and Mass properties, then the text indicating that the necessary information is contained in the table should be placed in the cells of the title block of the drawing corresponding to these properties instead of the property values (e.g. See tab. text). For links with this text to be added to the title block automatically, the title block should be linked to the table of versions. This link is established when creating a table of versions or editing it.
To create a link and customize the link text use the elements of the Title block group elements on the Parameter Panel.

If the table of versions has no associative connection with the model the Associative table option is disabled), then it can’t be connected to the title block. In this case, there is no Title block element group on the Parameter Panel. |
Step-by-step instructions
1.Set the Create references toggle switch to I (enabled).
The links parametrization elements will appear on the Parameter Panel. The default link text is displayed in the Text field.
2.If the table of versions has an automatically generated number (in the Numbering field any other option but Do not use is selected), then this number can be added to the text of the links. In this case,Add the table number option will appear on the Parameter Panel. Enable this option to add the number.

Only the number itself is added to the link text; the text that precedes and follows the number that was configured during the numeration parameters setupis not added. |
3.In order to fit the font of the link text in the cell of the title block enable the Fit font parameters option. If this option is disabled, the link texts can go beyond their cells.
After completing the table of version creation/editing process the contents of the Material and Mass cells of the drawing title block is replaced with the links text. Note that replacing the contents of the cell with a link only occurs if a column with the corresponding property is displayed in the table of versions. For example, if Mass property is not available in the configuration table, then the reference text will appear only in the Material cell, while the Mass cell will display the mass value of the model associated with the title block.
