Adding a constituent part with no visual representation to the product |

The feature is available only when working with an assembly model (*.a3d) and with a drawing (*.cdw). |
To add a constituent part to the product that is not represented by any component or solid, click Add to Product 
on the Product Composition Panel.
After that, the screen will display the select BOM Section dialog. Specify a section for placing the new constituent part and click Create.
The dialog will close, and a new line will appear on the Product Composition Panel in the selected section. If the Panel had no selected section, then it will be created.
Enter the values of the properties of the new constituent part of the product, set up inclusion in the composition of the product and in the different BOM styles, if necessary, attach documents to it and/or associate it with the position/component/solid.
Components of this type can be used, for example, in the Documentation section, i.e., to add information about documents to the model.
