To perform various actions with sections (creation, editing, deletion, etc.) the Section management... command is used 
.
After calling the command, the Section mode management process starts. The section controls will appear on the Parameter panel.
Created sections are displayed in the Saved sections list.
During the command operation, the following actions with sections are available.
•Creation of new section.
To do this, click Create a cross-section 
to the right of the section list. Clicking the button launches creating of section process, and the section management process is closed.
•Section editing
To do this, specify the section that needs to be changed from the list and click Edit section 
(the button is unavailable if the section list is empty). Clicking the button launches process of editing a section, and the sectional management process is closed. Editing a section is similar to creating it.
•Selection of the current section.
The 
icon appears next to the name of the current section in the list of sections. To make another section current, click to the left of the required section's name. The model will be displayed trimmed by the planes of the current section.
•Section deletion.
To delete a section, click the 
icon in the section row or select the row and click Delete 
to the right of the list (the button is unavailable if the section list is empty). If the deleted section was current, then the current section becomes the next section in the list.
To delete all created sections, invoke the Delete all command in the context menu of the section list.
To complete operation of the command, click Finish
