It is possible to find any rows in the report that contain a particular text fragment.

To search text, use the Find... command.

After this command is called, search controls will appear on the Parameters toolbar.

1.Input the target text fragment in the Text field. It may also be selected from the list containing text fragments that were searched for earlier.

2.If it is necessary to find a text fragment inside the values of a particular property, turn the In Column switch to Position I (enabled) and select this property from the Column list.

3.If it is necessary to find any cells that only contain the target text fragment and nothing else, enable the Match Entire Cell Contentsoption.

4.If it is necessary to match all symbol cases, enable the Match Caseoption. Then, the search will distinguish between uppercase and lowercase symbols. For example, the words "GOST" and "Gost" will be regarded as different.

5.To run the search, use the following buttons on the Parameters toolbar:

To document's end – search as you go through the document; with each button press, one line found in the specified direction is highlighted.

To document's start — search in reverse direction; each time the button is pressed, one line found in the given direction is highlighted.

Find all – all rows containing the searched text will be immediately found and highlighted in the report.

If the required text is not found, a message will appear on screen.

Find... command can also be invoked in mode Text editingfrom the Edit menu or by pressing the <Ctrl> + <F> key combination. In this case, the search for the text in the table will be done inside the current cell.
