Saving to a separate file |

You may save the data from a report into separate files.
To do this, use the Save Report As...
command.
After this command is called, a standard file saving dialog will appear on screen.
A report may be saved as a document of one of the following types.
•KOMPAS-Drawings (*.cdw),
•KOMPAS–Fragments (*.frw),
•KOMPAS–Text Documents (*.kdw),
•KOMPAS–Tables (*.tbl),
•Text files (*.txt),
•ODF spreadsheets (*.ods file; recording is possible if a tool for working with files of this format is installed, for example, OpenOffice or LibreOffice),
•Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (*.xls).
Select the file type and enter the file name.

Additional rows of the report header, if set during configuration (see section Data grouping), are present in the report saved as a document of the type cdw, frw or kdw. If the report is saved into a document of another type, its header will always consists of one row, as in the Data Processing Window. |
