Enabling Fixation |

To fix the selected component(s), use the Enable Fixation command
.
The command is available for the selected component(s) if those components have no fixation and are located at the first level of the model being edited (i. e. inserted directly in that model itself).

Fixation of a component can be managed using a variable. If you entered either an expression containing a variable, or a reference to a variable on the Variables toolbar to determine the value of this variable, thenthe Enable Fixation command is unavailable. To select a component, select any object belonging to it in the graphic area, or specify the component in the Design Tree.
After running the command, the selected component(s) will be fixed. Any movement of this component in the coordinate system of the model will be impossible.
In the Design Tree, the 
icon will appear to the right of the icon of the fixed component.
