Description of setting |
Selection |
The button allows customizing the color that will be used to highlight objects when none of the commands are running. Object selection is required, for example, for editing its parameters or for subsequent use when executing a command. After pressing the button, a standard color selection dialog appears on the screen. The respective preview window allows to visually estimate the performed setup. |
Highlighting |
The button allows customizing the color of the selected objects during the execution of commands. After pressing the button, a standard color selection dialog appears on the screen. The respective preview window allows to visually estimate the performed setup. |
Show turned off layers of selected composite objects |
Enable this option to make the elements located on the layers whose displaying is currently disabled be visible during selection of compound objects (for info on the control of the state of layers, see section Changing the layer status). Compound objects include groups (see section Named groups), inserted fragments (see section Fragment Insertion), macro-elements (see section Macro-elements). |
Always show the fill with the set color |
Enable this option so that on selection of the fill only its contour be selected, while the color of the fill itself remain unchanged. If the option is disabled, then on selection of the fill its color changes to one set for selected objects. |
Always display images in their original colors |
Enable this option so that on selection of a figure only its contour be selected, while the colors of the figure remain unchanged. If the option is disabled, then on selection of the figure its colors are replaced with the tints of color set for selected objects. |
Scale factor |
The field allows to enter a coefficient of magnification or reduction of image in the window on pressing the keyboard shortcuts <Ctrl>+<+> and <Ctrl>+<->, respectively, or on one-time rotation of the mouse wheel. |
Mouse shift insensitivity zone, mm |
The field allows to set the minimum value of movement of the mouse (for example, on shift of selected objects), after which the system starts to respond to the movement. This setting is introduced in order to block accidental shifts of the mouse (for example, on trembling of the hand, table shoves, etc.) and to avoid unforeseen actions with objects of the drawing. The value of movement resolution is set in millimeters, and the scale of the current image does not affect this value. |
Undo Steps |
The field allows to set the number of operations which can be undone and repeated during work. The value in the field is entered manually or is set using a counter. As this value increases, there increases the amount of system resources (memory) to support the list of the executed operations, so the number of steps should be reasonably substantiated. It is recommended to set the number within the range from 10 to 30. |
Group Similar Actions |
Enable this option so that several actions of selection or scaling objects run consecutively were saved in the list for canceling as one action. In so doing, all merged actions will be undone or repeated at a time. For example, a consecutive scaling of the same objects was performed. If the option of grouping was enabled, then on pressing the Cancel button a return to the state preceding the very first scaling of objects will be performed. |
Having completed setup of the editing, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
