Dimensions of sketches and operations can be displayed as detailing elements. As a result, in the graphic region there will appear derivative dimensions matching the dimensions of sketches and operations. In the Design Tree, derivative dimensions are displayed as subordinated to sketches and operations.
The dimensions of a sketch which do not have variables cannot be represented as detailing elements.
The controlling dimensions of sketches and operations represented as detailing elements retain their type, i.e. remain to be controlling. On change of the value of such dimension, the model is re-built. Details...
After creation, the derivative dimensions are located in the plane which the system detects automatically. If required, these dimensions can be Move to another plane.
